Gugulethu Mbatha (better known as Gugu-Mbatha-Raw) is a British actress and film star that became popular after she appeared in the BBC series "Doctor Who" which is a British Sci-Fi TV series. Gugu achieved a lot of fame by appearing in the role of Tish Jones, who was the younger sister of a major character called Martha Jones, in the series. Gugu's fans loved her spontaneity, and she was in the process of establishing the long-running career of acting. Her other stage and TV productions in Britain include several other productions. She is critically acclaimed for her outstanding performance in "Belle" (2013) the British period drama, and "Beyond the Lights" (2014) which is a romantic drama. Also, in American productions, she's been featured in TV shows such as "Undercover" and "Touch", as well as in Tom Hanks comedy film Larry Crowne. Gugu Mbatha-Raw was the main character in the play 'Nell Gwynn' a play created by Jessica Swale, as a person who played an actress as well as the mistress to the king Charles II of England and Scotland. The actress received lots of appreciation from critics who were extremely pleased with the acting abilities of her and was nominated for the highly coveted 'Evening Standard Theatre Award for Best Actress. Chelsea Joy Handler was born on February 25, 1975, located in Livingston, New Jersey. Her family consisted of six members and Chelsea Joy Handler as the youngest. Handler was born in a nice neighborhood, and had a happy childhood. As a teenager, Handler moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting profession. In order to support herself, Handler began to work as an actor. Handler decided to pursue stand-up acting after she turned 21 following the realization of her storytelling skills. Handler's career started as an actress in an all-female cast in the Oxygen channel's reality-TV series Girls behaving poorly. The show featured comprised of hidden cameras as well as funny humor. The show was on the air from 2002 to 2005. Handler went on to work in many other shows like Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show My Wife and Kids, The Practice as well as Weekends at D.L. Handler started working for The Tonight Show as a reporter. Handler was given her first major break in the form of hosting her own E! Show in 2006. It was called The Chelsea Handler Series. The show ran for 2 seasons. Handler was then seen in the United States in the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend as well as HBO have aired her stand-up comedy performances. The announcement was made in 2010 that she would host the MTV Video Music Awards 2010. This made her the first woman to host the VMA's following Roseanne Barr.
